Information Regarding Use of Trademarks
The words "TILTY," "TILTY CUP," "A BETTER SIPPY CUP," the TILTY logo and TILTY WEDGE logo are trademarked, and the Tilty™ Cup are protected under U.S.A. and foreign utility patents currently pending. It is important to include the TM symbol after any of these words or logos. Legally, the "TM" symbols only need to appear in the first or most prominent mention of the words in the relevant document or web page.

Product Warranty
Kiley Madison, Inc. has high-quality control standards in both the manufacturing and packaging of the Tilty Cup. Consequently, defects are extremely rare. If you suspect a manufacturer's defect, contact us for more details on policy and process.
